Here’s a little more Reindeer Fun for you! I have three younger grandsons who will enjoy this cute card. The bundle has so many fun parts to it, I just had to try – a couple – 😉
Card Recipe:
- Soft Sea Foam card base, 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″, folded at 4-1/4″
- Garden Green Cardstock layer
- Crop it with largest Deckled Rectangle Die.
- Crop the ferny circle from the center with Reindeer Fun Dies.
- Then texture it with Timber Embossing Folder and glue it to the base.
- “Dancer” (you’ll see why in a minute!) cropped from the dies using Early Espresso, Very Vanilla, and Pecan Pie
- Glue his three parts together, then tuck him behind the ferns and glue him down.
- Glue three trios of Real Red berries to the ferns. Adhere tiny self-adhesive rhinestones to each.
- For the string of lights, crop 5 strings in various colors. Mine are Basic Black, Real Red, Lemon Lolly, Azure Afternoon, Petunia Pop, and Garden Green. Cut 2 bulbs off each colored string and glue them over the Basic Black bulbs on the string, alternating colors. Glue the string of lights across the upper center of the card.
- Add a Real Red bow from Reindeer Fun Dies to the bottom left corner.
- Stamp “Merry Christmas” in black on Very Vanilla and add it to the bottom using Mini Dimensionals.
- Add some color to the back flap of the Vanilla envelope using Take A Bow DSP, 6″x 2-1/4″.
Inside:
“Dancer” (don’t you agree?) is wishing you days full of cheer. Merry Christmas to all!
We’re down to the wire! I still have Gift e-cards available for purchase. Just email me at karenshallam@gmail.com to order yours.
