I have a mini for you this Monday morning! This cute little card measures only 3″ x 3″ and it’s perfect for a short little note to tuck inside a gift or a lunchbox.
I used Basket of Wishes for the images. This is a great set for summer and fall with its sunflowers and pumpkins. I adore the images in this photopolymer stamp set.
To make the card, I started by stamping the small basket and sunflower images onto a
2-3/4″ square of Whisper White with Basic Black Archival Ink. With my Blender Pen and ink from the Classic Stampin’ Pads, I colored in all of the images. I used Crushed Curry, Fresh Fig, Wild Wasabi, and Crumb Cake.
Next I carefully cut two slits on either side of the basket and threaded a 5″ length of Crushed Curry 3/8″ Mini Chevron Ribbon through the slits. I secured the ends to the back with Fast Fuse, and tied a little knot with another small piece and attached it with a Glue Dot.
I stamped Thinking of You in Fresh Fig and added one Curry Glitter Enamel Dot, then glued the whole panel to a Fresh Fig card base that measures 3″ x 3″. It starts out 3″ x 6″, scored at 3″.
A bit of Fresh Fig Fresh Floral DSP to decorate the envelope flap ties it together nicely with the card.
