The third episode of my mini series featuring Quilted Christmas comes in a splash of Real Red! This card is pure Christmas in my mind with it’s red and white design.
The DSP again is Quilted Christmas. I layered a 2-3/4″ square of it on top of Real Red Cardstock. In the center is a red Stitched Shape square and a white square from Layering Squares.
In the center of the white square I adhered (with our new Adhesive Sheets) a flower shape from the Quilt Builders Framelits Dies. A Silver Glimmer star and a bow of Baker’s Twine finish it off.
The inside sentiment is from Lots of Joy and I embossed the stitched “star” into the paper after stamping it. It is one of the Quilt Builder’s die that embosses rather than cut. Cute, yes?
The envelope gets a little love with a coordinating piece of DSP.
