Love Blossoms

Here’s a very feminine and flirty valentine for you today! It definitely isn’t limited to Valentine’s Day, though. This would make a pretty wedding or anniversary card as well.

It’s a 4 1/4″ square card, so it will fit into a regular envelope – no extra postage required! I started with a base of Whisper White Thick Cardstock and added a layer of Pool Party. On top of that is a layer of our beautiful new Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper. It’s in the birthday section of the Occasions catalog, but I think it also makes a beautiful valentine card! Love how the Stampin’ Up! products all work together so nicely.

Next the ribbon. Isn’t this ribbon gorgeous?! The ribbon, gold foil heart, and enamel dot are all from the Love Blossoms Embellishment Kit. Then a 3″ layer of Pool Party and a slightly smaller one of Whisper White. The 2 hearts were punched out using the Sweetheart Punch in Pool Party and Blushing Bride.
