I love these stamp sets that have lots of little parts that go together to build a scene! I was immediately drawn to this sweet little terrarium set. This is just plain fun stamping! It’s called Live, Love, Grow and can be found on page 147 of the Annual Catalog.
It is a Two Step stamping set, which means there are 2 stamps that go together, one with an outline and one with the interior stamp. My plants are stamped with Garden Green, Old Olive, Pear Pizzazz, and Old Artichoke. I offset them just a little here, liking the way it has a white highlight look.
Measurements:
Base ~ 5″ x 4 1/4″
Textured Layer ~ 4 7/8″ x 4 1/8″
Black ~ 4 3/8″ x 3 5/8″
DSP ~ 4 1/4″ x 3 1/2″ then a square cut out of the middle with the 3 1/4″ square framelit
Inside ~ 4 1/2″ x 4″
Inside I stamped the sentiment from Live, Love, Grow using Memento Tuxedo Black, and the line design is from Botanical Blooms in Sahara Sand.
The interior square was quickly cut with one of our new square framelits. This one is the 3 1/4″ square from Layering Squares Framelits. These are going to be one of my favorite go-to tools! You get 19 dies, half of them are scalloped and the others are straight-edged. Great for layering. I’m going to have fun with these.
The sentiment on the front is also in the Live, Love, Grow set. I flanked it with two tiny rhinestones for that needed little bling.
I almost forgot to mention the DSP. Do you love the grasscloth texture? It’s from Serene Scenery Designer Series Paper Stack. And I covered the back flap of the envelope with Sahara Sand DSP Stack paper.
