This week’s Tic Tac Toe Challenge board was created by my friend, Jeanie Stark, and I think she will be surprised to hear that I have been working on a card that fits her TTTC board perfectly! I am going down the right side, vertically, and including Celebrate, Floral, and Include Ribbon on my card.

I created a card that has a little pocket in it for a cash or gift card present. Always an appropriate gift for a birthday celebration!
