Let’s Celebrate!

It’s someone’s birthday today…let’s celebrate!

Or for any reason! Maybe just because it’s Friday! šŸ˜

I have to admit, I made a mistake. I had a sketch drawn and waiting for me to create from it, thinking it was one of our Create with Stamping Friends sketches. But after making the card, I realized that it is not one of our upcoming sketches! Maybe it was an older one – ??? I don’t know. But I love how Marbled Elegance made this card so festive and celebratory, I had to share!

Super simple! Here are the dimensions and details:
  • Melon Mambo Cardstock for the base, 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″, folded at 4-1/4″
  • Gold Foil Sheet, 4″x 3-1/4″
    • Cut something out of the middle! Don’t waste it, for heaven’s sake!
    • After cutting out the middle to save for another project, run it through your die-cutting machine with the Pattern of Friendship Die.
  • Marbled Elegance Specialty DSP, 5″x 2-1/2″
    • Glue this piece directly to the Gold Foil rectangle, then adhere the 2 parts to the base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
  • Basic White banner for the sentiment, 3″x 1/2″
    • Stamp a sentiment such as this one from Sentimental Park (Last Chance, marked down to $21.60) in Melon Mambo. Flag the right end and glue to the card front.
  • Embellish with gold dots, pearls, or gems.
