Joy This Christmas

Do you love the prints and patterns on This Christmas Designer Series Paper as much as I do?  This particular one with the pine boughs, cherry and green flowers, and pinecones is one of my favorite. With the sheet music on the back, I thought the collar fold would be perfect for this card.
JOY comes in the Holly Jolly Greetings stamp set. The snowflakes are part of the Peace This Christmas stamp set.  The Silver Foil pinecone and Garden Green pine boughs are cropped from the Pretty Pines Thinlits Dies.  The ribbon is Cherry Cobbler Baker’s Twine.
I glued the DSP print to a piece of Very Vanilla, then glued that to a Basic Black cardstock.
To create the collar fold, simply find the middle of the 5 1/4″ x 4″ piece of DSP, cut a slit that is 1 1/2″, and fold the paper back from the end of the slit to the corners of the paper. Hold it down with one glue dot under each collar piece.
You can do this fold with any paper that has complimentary colors and prints on both sides. To see another card that I made with this fold click HERE.
Don’t forget, you can get a free pack of DSP when you buy three packs during the month of October ~
Have a Joyful day!
