I Was Wrong!

OK, I admit it, I was wrong!

When I saw Whimsy & Wonder Designer Series Paper in the July-December Mini Catalog, I wasn’t all that impressed. In fact, I thought I could do without. Then I offered a Paper Share. When I saw this paper in person, I was blown over! Wowzers, it is gorgeous! You really can’t judge by the catalog. And that confirms my love for paper shares. If it weren’t for that, I would have missed out! Here is my first card using Whimsy & Wonder DSP ~

Isn’t it pretty? Both the layer with the gifts and the silver/white stripe underneath are part of the pack. I backed it with Polished Pink, then started embellishing.

My Old Olive leaves, and the pink and silver berry sprigs are from Poinsettia Dies. The sentiment is from a carry-over set, Perfectly Plaid , and is stamped in Old Olive and cropped with a Meadow Die. The sparkly ribbon is from the Mini – White Glitter Organdy. I love it on this card!

It’s safe to say I’ll be ordering more of this DSP! Want to join me? Click HERE to view and purchase it. Fun card. I agree with you about the paper in person is so fun and pretty. I was at another demo’s house making cards and we made the card with the woman holding the packages with this paper. So fun. I was not a fan of polished pink either but just made several cards with it. Sometimes you gotta just see the stuff in person. Love the sentiment you used too.
