Hold on to Hope

This wasn’t the card I had originally planned to post, but I needed a get well card for a friend of mine at church, so I thought I’d share this one today. I decided to use the Cross of Hope Framelits. These and the coordinating stamp set are found in the 2018 Occasions Catalog.

These beautiful framelits cut four different sizes and styles of crosses. My favorite is the one on the lower left…gorgeous in foil sheets! I used the Champagne Foil Sheet for the one on my card today and glued it over the open, large one cut with Wood Textures DSP.
I glued that to an oval of a lighter Wood Textures DSP sheet using the Layering Ovals Framelits Dies.
These pair nicely with the Hold on to Hope stamp set, designed by Brandy Cox. I used the flower stamp with Pink Pirouette and cropped them out with the coordinating die. And – you can bundle them and save 10%.

On the inside, I used sentiments from Thoughts & Prayers along with the Hold on to Hope flowers.
One more detail, and it’s hard to see in the photo, but I took three rhinestones and colored them with my Pink Pirouette Stampin’ Blend alcohol marker. It’s subtle, but pretty!
All supplies are listed below and linked to my online store for easy shopping. If you are new to stamping and would like more details, dimensions, etc. please contact me! I would love to help.
Have a great day ~ See you on Wednesday!

    • Thank you so much, Susan! I was unsure about how it would come across online even though it's pretty in person! I'm glad I posted it. Yes, I love this addition to the catalog.
