Heart Shaped for the Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month’s theme is Sale-A-Bration. We hope to inspire you with our creations today! The lineup is at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

I’ve chosen the Heart Shaped Bundle to feature today. It’s a sweet stamp and die bundle that you can earn during Sale-A-Bration with a qualifying purchase.

Here’s my card:

I do love this heart shaped wreath! And with the stamp behind it, it gives a dimensional look.

Here’s how I made it:
  • Thick Basic White card base, 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″, folded at 4-1/4″
  • Blackberry Bliss Cardstock, 5-1/4″x 4″
  • Bloom Impressions (also a free SAB item in a full pack of DSP!), 5″x 3-3/4″
  • Blackberry Bliss, 2-1/2″x 4″, textured with Exposed Brick 3D Embossing Folder
  • Blackberry Bliss and Basic White circles cropped with Spotlight on Nature Dies, 3-1/4″ diameter and 2-3/4″diameter
    • Layer them together and adhere with Dimensionals.
  • Sentiment from Heart Shaped Stamp Set stamped in Blackberry Bliss ink and cropped with the die
  • Heart shaped wreath from Heart Shaped Stamp Set stamped in Fresh Freesia
  • Heart shaped wreath in Blackberry Bliss Cardstock, cropped with the die
  • Flower embellishments cropped from Fresh Freesia Cardstock and the Heart Shaped Dies
    • Add a tiny Blackberry Bliss dot in the center of each, punched from a 1/8″ hole punch, and adhere the flowers to the wreath with Glue Dots.
