We end the August challenges with an interesting color combination. As you can see below, we have Azure Afternoon, Lemon Lime Twist, and Flirty Flamingo. I have to admit, I struggled with this combination and tried a few different things before settling on the Gorgeously Made Dies. Who can go wrong with these beautifully airy leaf dies?!
Here’s my card:
What I used:
- Azure Afternoon Cardstock base, 11″x 4-1/4″, textured with Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder
- When you put the long paper halfway into the folder, you have a lovely texture on the outside front and the inside top!
- Lemon Lime Twist Cardstock layer, 4-7/8″x 3-5/8″
- Zany Zoo DSP, the “back side”, 4-3/4″x 3-1/2″
- Vellum Cardstock circle cut with the largest Stylish Shapes circle die
- Gorgeously Made Dies in Lemon Lime Twist and Flirty Flamingo, also the sentiment strip in Basic White
- Sentiment from Quiet Meadow, stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink
- A Tinsel Gems Four Pack (Flirty Flamingo look-alike!)
- On the inside, a strip of the same DSP, a Flirty Flamingo flower die, and a Lemon Lime Twist Tinsel Gem Four Pack
Here’s a close up of the Gorgeously Made Dies. I mean, really, the detail is just stunning.
