Gift Tags for CC2C

It’s time for another CASEing Coast to Coast! You’ll be traveling from California to Pennsylvania today where Rosanne Mulhern and I will be sharing some holiday gift tags for CC2C. We are at that time in the year when gift tags are an essential, and they happen to be one of my favorite things to create!

My trio of tags (plus one more, shown below!) come from two Stampin’ Up! die sets: Giving Gifts Dies and Tailor Made Tags Dies. These are designed to work together and they make tag-making super easy! Let’s take a look at these two die sets~

Tag #2

[My second tag shows off some new papers that are coming out in January 2022. The blue designer paper is from the Sale-a-Bration Brochure. It is a pack of paper called Marbleous and it comes in 6 fun marbly colors. This one is Balmy Blue. It is FREE with a $50 purchase during January and February. The tag is backed with a new Specialty Paper that’s also coming out in January called Supple Shimmer. It has a bit more color than the older Sparkle Glimmer Paper did. Pretty!]

  • Cut two tags with the largest of the Tailor Made Tags Dies, one from DSP and one from the Shimmer Paper. Use the snowflake Giving Gifts Die to cut inside the DSP tag. Glue together.
  • Add a Balmy Blue Cardstock hole reinforcement, Rhinestones, and silver Simply Elegant Trim.
  • A tiny sentiment tag can be added to the top.
Tag #3

  • Cut three tags and glue together: One from Black Glitter Paper using the Santa’s Sleigh die from Giving Gifts and the largest Tailor Made Tags Dies. One from DSP such as this Fresh Freesia paper from the SAB Penguin paper. And one from Fresh Freesia Cardstock for the back.
  • Add a hole reinforcement and some Fresh Freesia ribbon. It’s super simple but it will look brilliant on a wrapped gift!
Tag #4

One last tag to share. I couldn’t leave this little one out of the mix ~ it’s smaller than the others, measuring approximately 3″x 1-1/2″, perfect for a smaller gift.

  • Cut two of the Tailor Made Tags, one from Gold Foil and the other from Cherry Cobbler Cardstock.
  • Place the ornament die from Giving Gifts inside the Gold Foil tag and crop.
  • Glue them together and top them with the scrumptious Cherry/Gold Ribbon and gold Elegant Trim.
  • Add some Holiday Rhinestones at the top of each ornament.

All of the tags have room on the back for a “To/From” or a short personal message.

Are you ready to travel east and see what Rosanne has created? I’m anxious to see what she has come up with! Click HERE to jump over to her blog, Heartfelt Stamping.

I hope you’ve enjoyed our tag creations! I have been busy making several different kinds, sizes, and colors. We’ll have a very colorful Christmas tree this year with lots of handmade paper and tags. I love it!

Have a great day!
