Garden Poetry (for CSF 911)

I am totally in love with this new Designer Series Paper, Garden Poetry! I’ve made it the main event in the sketch challenge this week at Create with Stamping Friends!

This is the Poppy Parade version. I’ve made others in Night of Navy, Pumpkin Pie, Blackberry Bliss, Peach Pie, and Shaded Spruce. They’ll be going with me to OnStage for swapping this week! I hope to see some of you there!

Here’s my recipe:

• Poppy Parade Cardstock
  • For the base, 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″, folded at 4-1/4″
  • For the layer, 5-1/4″x 4″
•  Garden Poetry DSP, 4″x 3-1/4″, with 1″ cut off the end and flipped over
•  Vellum, 4″x 3-1/2″, cropped with a Nature’s Symphony Die
• Basic White Cardstock, 4″x 1-1/2″, cropped with a Paradise Garden Die
  • Sentiment from Paradise Garden stamped with Poppy Parade, adhered with Dimensionals
• Hues of Blue embellishments, white, with a Poppy Parade Blend dot in the center of each
