Fruit Stand Thank You Notes (post #3)

Today is my final post in a set of three that features Fruit Stand Designer Series Paper on a pack of Notecards that I made for my daughter-in-law.  While she is spending many hours at the hospital tending to our new grandson, some lovely friends of ours have been taking them meals.  These will be thank you notes for her to use when things settle down a bit!  You can see the first four cards I made by clicking here and here.

Today’s cards use the peaches prints.  There are two different ones in the pack, a large print and a smaller print.  First, the large one…

Watermelon Wonder cardstock is the perfect compliment to the reddish tones in this peach paper.  For the sentiment (Tin of Cards) I stamped it first in Watermelon Wonder, then again in Peekaboo Peach stamped off once and offset for a faint shadow.
The leaves are cropped using Wild Wasabi cardstock, Botanical Builders Framelits, and Flourish Framelits.  They come together at the stems with a Rhinestone Basic Jewel.  The 2 3/8″ Scalloped Circle Punch and Circle Framelits are retired BUT the new Layering Circles Framelits provide both and are on my wish list for a future purchase!
My last card in the set uses the smaller of the peach prints:

This time I layered it on Pumpkin Pie cardstock.  Don’t the colors look great together?! This sentiment can be found in Happy Happenings, stamped with Watermelon Wonder, and cropped with Layering Ovals Framelits.  I adorned it with a little peach enamel heart. The envelope is wearing the back of the pear paper and the print is a perfect match to the orange flower on the card front (Stampin’ Up!, you know what you’re doing, don’t you!)
I wrapped the six cards up into a little bundle with a piece of Peekaboo Peach Ruched Ribbon.  I added some stamps to the bundle, and I think Linnea will appreciate the cards. Hopefully it will make her note writing a little bit more fun!
I would love to be your Demonstrator!
If you order online, please name me as your Demonstrator.  I will send you a thank you card and an occasional appreciation gift.  And if you have any questions about what you see on my blog or in the catalog, please email me or leave a comment on my blog.  I will answer you a.s.a.p.
Now go have fun stamping!
