I’m having so much fun this week with the Festive & Fun Stamp Set. Today I made a Note Card, perhaps to go with a neighborly treat for Christmas! I enjoy giving food gifts, although I don’t think it will be figgy pudding like Mr. Moose is bringing over!
He’s so proud of his figgy pudding. I have never had figgy pudding. Is it a British thing? If so, I’m surprised my grandma never made it for us!
This is on one of our Note Card & Envelopes that come in a pre-cut, pre-scored pack of 20 for only $8.00. That is quite a bargain! They are sized at 5″x 3-1/2″ when folded. I love these for smaller notes like this, and it is still within the legal parameters for USPS.
Decorating Details:
- Old Olive Cardstock, 4-3/4″x 3-1/4″
- A Walk in the Forest DSP, 4-1/2″x 3″
- Basic White for stamping, 3-1/4″x 2″, cropped with a Sentimental Park Die
- Glue this to a piece of Old Olive and cut around all 6 sides, leaving about 1/16″ showing.
- Stamp Mr. Moose with Memento Tuxedo Black and color with Blends.
- Holly leaves & berries plus the trio of tiny hearts from the Sending Cheer Bundle
- The leaves are stamped with Garden Green, the berries with Real Red, and the hearts are die cut from Real Red Cardstock.
Inside and Out:
I stamped the sentiment with Early Espresso, cropped it out with a Stylish Shapes square die. Then I colored and cut out the beaver.
I gave the envelope flap a little love with a 2″x 5-1/4″ piece of matching DSP.
I hope you’re enjoying my Festive & Fun Stamp Set series! If you missed Monday’s, you can view it HERE. If you would like to purchase one for yourself, click HERE.
Tomorrow is Create With Connie & Mary day. I hope to have at least one more card with this festive stamp set before the end of the week. Thanks for stopping by!
