Elements of Text Love Card

I’m playing with Tic, Tac, Toe today with their heart-inspired challenge. I had been wanting to make a Kraft/Black/Vanilla Valentine, and this fits the bill! It’s an Elements of Text Love Card!

Here’s the challenge:

I went with the top horizontal row with Enameled Dots/Kraft Cardstock/Love Sentiment. It also works with the two diagonal rows ~ Enamel Dots/Die Cut/Heat Embossing, and Heart/Die Cut/Love Sentiment!

Here’s the Recipe:

• Crumb Cake (Kraft) Cardstock base, 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″, folded at 4-1/4″
• Basic Black Cardstock, 5″x 3-3/4″
• Very Vanilla Cardstock, 4-7/8″x 3-5/8″
  • Stamp with Elements of Text in Crumb Cake.
• Three hearts cropped with Hearts of Elegance Dies, in Basic Black and Neutrals 6″x 6″ DSP
• “Love You” from Seaside Wishes, heat embossed with white Embossing Powder
• Classic Matte Dots (Ret) in Vanilla
• Linen Thread double bow

Adhere the largest Crumb Cake heart with Dimensionals. All other elements are glued down with Tombow.

It’s somewhat non-conventional for a Valentine card (you think?!) but “Love you” is appropriate for any time of year. No red and pink required! 😉
