Double Panel Flap Card for Valentine’s Day

This is a “Double Panel Flap Card” and it is the result of Jeanie Stark’s Mystery Stampin’ last week! As I do sometimes on her challenges, I used a few non-Stampin’ Up! products along with my SU stash. Some is retired, some is current. It’s a mash-up, for sure, but what is fun is you can use whatever you have in your craft closet!

Here is my card:

reason to celebrate, endless love, made with love dsp, double panel flap card, valentine card idea, stampin up, karen hallam

The sentiment on the front panel is one from My Favorite Things that I’ve had a while. The heart is from an older SU punch. I stamped it with Memento Tuxedo Black, but I masked off the bottom, then stamped the three hearts and lines with Real Red.

2nd Panel:

My base is Real Red Cardstock, the DSP is SU Made with Love, the doily is SU from way back! and the tiny hearts are also from an older SU punch.

3rd Panel:

This is the inside, the last panel. I stamped the sentiment in Real Red and the hearts in Flirty Flamingo. The stamp sets I used for these are Reason to Celebrate and Endless Love.
