Cards & Coffee

On Monday I took my stamping supplies to a local coffee shop in Roseville, CA, for “Cards & Coffee.” It was fun! I was able to teach some newbie stampers a few basic techniques ~ my favorite thing to do. As a former teacher, it’s in my blood! We made two cards that I thought I’d share with you.

This happy snowman card is easy to make with a few measurements to go by. The Balmy Blue DSP is 2″x 5-1/4″. The Whisper White rectangle is 4″x 2-1/2″. The red piece peeking out on the left side is the small banner die from Merry Christmas Dies. And last, the circle Stitched Shapes die measures 1-7/8″.

I used stamps from the Snowman Season stamp set both inside and out.

The second card we made has Wrapped in Plaid DSP, Stitched Rectangle Dies, Perfectly Plaid stamp set and the Pine Tree Punch. The last two items are bundled for 10% savings and the bundle is called Perfectly Plaid Bundle. We decorated our Gold Foil tree with three Holiday Rhinestones.

The inside sentiment comes from the Peaceful Boughs stamp set. The trees are part of the Snow Front set.
