Card #2: Woven Textures

I went a little bit masculine for our Class Card #2: Woven Textures. This combination of browns really appeals to me!

Here’s my card:

Details:
  • Woven Textures, off-white print, 4-7/8″x 3-5/8″
  • Three strips of Woven Textures prints, 6″x 1/2″, layered and glued to the off-white print, trimmed to fit
  • Early Espresso layer, 5″x 3-3/4″
  • Pecan Pie Cardstock base, 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″, folded at 4-1/4″
  • Woven Textures circles, large and medium cropped with Stylish Shapes Dies
  • Basic White circle, smaller Stylish Shapes Die
  • Sentiment stamped with Early Espresso ink
  • Linen Thread in a double bow

The smallest circle is popped up on Stampin’ Dimensionals. The bow is secured with a Mini Glue Dot.

What do you think of this DSP? Do you like the textures it provides? It makes me want to touch it!

  2. Oh my, amazing! I am going to CASE it just so I can admire it anytime I want to. Manly yes, but I like it too! My shares came Saturday and I immediately had to check out these papers. Very pleased with the great packaging and another great card included.

    • Thanks, Karen! I got the idea for the circles from the current “basket” trend that people are using for wall art!
