Blossoms in Bloom are Distinktive!

“Distinctive” = characteristic of one person or thing, and so serving to distinguish it from others.

“Distinktive” = photo-realistic style images that have a special texture that give added depth and dimension in a single step.

This new photopolymer stamp set, Blossoms in Bloom, offers the Distinktive stamps and you can see how beautiful they are. This set is in our new 2020-21 Annual Catalog and will be available to order on June 3.

Here is a sneak peek at the stamp set. I love the images but I’m also fond of these useful sentiments with their simple font style.

This is a super quick and easy card to make. I used Night of Navy for the 5-1/2″x 4-1/4″ base. Then I added a layer of Pineapple Punch Cardstock. The floral image is one large stamp that I inked up with Night of Navy and stamped onto Whisper White Cardstock. I added a few Call Me Clover leaves and Pineapple Punch flower centers. Simply beautiful!

A Quick Bit of Sparkle

I added one sentiment from the set that I heat embossed with Shimmer Black Embossing Powder (pssst..if you can’t find this in the SU catalog anymore, they have it at Hobby Lobby!) Pop the sentiment strip up on Dimensionals to give it a little definition. And that is it! So simple! If you don’t want to emboss the sentiment, you could easily stamp it with a dark ink – black or navy – instead.

Anyone can make this card. Do you have the set on your wish list? You should! By the way, it comes in a Bundle with amazing stand-alone dies! I’ll show you the dies here, but they will be for another card. When you buy the Bundle you save 10%. I know you’re going to want both pieces, so throw caution to the wind and buy the Bundle! 🙂
