Birthday Celebrations for the Pals Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!

This month’s theme is “Birthday Celebrations.” The Pals hope to inspire you with card ideas and paper craft creations using Stampin’ Up! products. Links to the participant’s blogs can be found at the end of each post to help you “hop” along!

I played with some of my new products for my card today! I recently purchased the Mixed Media Florals Memories & More Card Pack and the Textured Notes Dies.

Here’s my card:

The Memories & More Cards almost make you feel like you’re cheating! But of course, you’re not. 😊 I took this particular card and cropped it down to 5″x 3-3/4″, matted it with Basic Black, and glued it to a Garden Green base.

The Textured Notes Dies are A-Mazing! If you haven’t already ordered them, I recommend it! I took 2 dies and cropped a piece of 3-3/4″x 2-1/4″ Basic White. I cut the smaller one right inside the larger one and mounted them together with Dimensionals on the back seams.

This sentiment is a new favorite from the You Are Remarkable Stamp Set. I will have everything linked to the online store at the bottom of this post if you want a closer look at the whole sets.

The tiny flowers are part of the sticker sheet in the Mixed Media Florals M & M Card Pack. The Melon Mambo butterfly is from Beautiful Butterflies Dies.

OK, this is a birthday themed blog hop. I didn’t forget! I put the Happy Birthday sticker from the Card Pack on the inside with that adorable little ladybug. “Friend” comes from another set ~ Unbounded Love. The floral strip at the bottom was left over from the trimmed card on the front.
