Best Wishes with Texture Chic

I “borrowed” the sketch from our Create With Connie & Mary challenge for last week to create another card. I’m calling it Best Wishes with Texture Chic. If you didn’t see last week’s card, you can see it HERE. To refresh your memory, here is the sketch once again:

Here is my new take on this sketch:

happiness abounds, texture chic dsp, scalloped contours dies, timeworn type embossing folder, best wishes card idea, stampin up, karen hallam

Materials & Measurements:

Putting It All Together:

Wrap the Baker’s Twine around the top Blushing Bride layer and DSP twice and tie a bow on the left side.

Use Dimensionals to adhere the scalloped rectangle and sentiment strip, the bottom heart, and the top Blushing Bride layer to the card base.

I took the sentiment from Happiness Abounds and stamped it with Soft Succulent ink.

Add your sparkle with some pretty Iridescent Rhinestone Jewels.

I had overlooked this piece of Texture Chic DSP, being dazzled by the foiling on the other side. But this piece is so pretty ~ I’m glad I finally noticed it! If you would like to see the whole pack of Texture Chic DSP, click HERE.

My Birthday Gift To You!

March is quickly coming to an end! If you haven’t put in an order with me yet this month, be sure to take advantage of my March Host Gift ~ a beautiful birthday card kit that I’ve made for you. There is no minimum purchase required. All purchases from www.stampinghabit.com will qualify for my gift.

This Wednesday, March 29 ~ Retiring List!

The Retiring List for our current catalogs will be revealed on Wednesday. Watch for my posts regarding the Last Chance Products, which will be available on April 4. If you’ve been around Stampin’ Up! awhile, you know that these items sell out fast, particularly the outgoing In-Colors. Don’t miss the notice, make your list of must-haves, and get ready to order early on April 4. That’s my best advise for you this year!!!

Have a beautiful day,

Usually this is where I would create my Product List, but the program is currently offline. So instead, I linked each product from within the post to my online store. To view and/or purchase the products I used, just click the highlighted product name and it will connect you to that product in the store. Thanks for your patience!
