How about an Autumn Fun Fold? Or any season, really! I got this fold idea from Linda Heller and thought I’d try it with the Rings of Love DSP. This fun DSP is a free gift with a $50 purchase during Sale-a-bration, July & August. Love it!
It’s a Double Gate Fold and the majority of the card is the Designer Series Paper. I’ve given it some stability with Poppy Parade Cardstock in the inside center, topped with Basic White for my message.
Measurements? Yes, Please…
- Rings of Love double-sided DSP, 10-1/2″x 5-1/2″, scored along the long edge at 1-1/4″, 3-1/4″, 7-1/4″, and 9-1/4″
- Poppy Parade Cardstock, 5-1/4″x 3-3/4″
- Basic White Cardstock, 4-1/4″x 3 (I cropped mine out with Deckled Rectangle Dies)
- So Saffron DSP from the Subtles 6″x 6″ pack, (2) 5-1/2″x 1-7/8″, for front sides under flaps
- Belly Band from Poppy Parade Cardstock, 10″x 1-1/4″
- Stylish Shapes Dies circle of Poppy Parade, 3″
- Stylish Shapes Dies circle of Basic White, 2-1/2″
To stamp the sentiment, I used Soft Suede and So Saffron inks, and Soft Seedlings Stamp Set (page 53 Mini Catalog). Three gold Adhesive-backed Seasonal Sequins finish it off.
And it stands up! This is a great fold if you have left-over DSP sitting around that you want to use up (don’t we all?) You get two cards from one 12″x 12″ sheet of DSP. Try one!
