It’s Thursday again! This week we have a color challenge for Create With Connie & Mary ~ this pretty combination of Just Jade, Pear Pizzazz, and Calypso Coral. This combination immediately reminded me of one of our Designer Series Papers, so I went with Artfully Composed for CCM712!
I took this very bold print and toned it down with a sheet of Vellum Cardstock. I love this technique when I want the colors to show through, but not slap you in the face! 🙂
For my sentiment piece, I chose a stamp from Forever Fern and stamped it with Just Jade onto a die-cut label from Painted Labels. I backed it with a Layering Circle die-cut of Just Jade, then slipped a Calypso Coral spray from Forever Flourishing Dies between the layers.
Three rhinestones give that lovely bling. This pretty tropical paper will retire soon, as will the In Color, Just Jade. You may want to get some more before May 3, when it’s no longer available.

Love that idea! I don’t like that paper set at all, but I might use it with vellum. (And I’ve already sent in my free shipping order! sigh!)
Ah, that happens to me a lot! Fortunately I don’t think there is a limit to how many times you can order during the free shipping promo, and since there’s no shipping, it isn’t costing you any more to order more than once! 🙂
