Artfully Composed DSP

I’m playing with the new selections of Designer Series Papers that are coming out on January 4, 2022. Today I’m looking at Artfully Composed. This is a collage of greens and tropical foliage that come together in a bold way. So here’s a sneak peek at Artfully Composed DSP.

I borrowed a layout from Mary Fish, however I think my scale is a little “off.” I’m going to tweak it a bit and will show you the newer version tomorrow. You can let me know which of the two you like best.

Recipe:

• Thick Basic White card base, 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″, scored and folded at 4-1/4″
• Artfully Composed DSP, Just Jade stripe, Stitched Rectangle Die, 4-3/4″x 3-3/8″
• Artfully Composed DSP, foliage print, Stitched Triangle Die, 2-1/2″x 2-1/2″
• Evening Evergreen Cardstock, Layered Circles Die, 2-1/2″ diameter
• Basic White Cardstock, Layered Circles Die, 2-3/8″
• Basic White Cardstock label, Stitched Rectangle Die, 2-7/8″x 7/8″
• Stamp Sets: Sweet Ice Cream and Island Vibes
• White Baker’s Twine
• Blue Adhesive Backed Gems

Everything is glued flat except the two layered circles, which are adhered to the card with Dimensionals. I colored the potted plant stamp with Stampin’ Write Markers, Olive, Cinnamon, and Evergreen, ink to stamp. The freebie, Island Vibes stamp set, goes well with this paper! It’s a Sale-a-bration free selection with a purchase of $50+. SAB begins Jan. 4.
