Anniversary Card with Love & Affection

Here is a bright card for you!  I didn’t know if such a yellow hydrangea existed in nature, so I went on a Google search and found one!

The hydrangea is cut from the Beautiful Branches Thinlits Dies, available on August 2.  Yesterday I showed you a blue and purple one that I made into a wedding card.  Today’s card is for an anniversary, inspired by the sentiment from Love & Affection.

This bright and colorful Designer Series Paper is Affectionately Yours Specialty DSP.  I pulled the colors from the paper ~ Daffodil Delight, Cucumber Crush, Night of Navy, and Crumb Cake ~ to build the card, and stamped the inside to mimic the print.

“Happy Anniversary” is from the Number of Years Photopolymer Stamp Set, and the flower bits are from Love & Affection.

I doubled the hydrangea blossoms to give it a little fuller look and dressed it up with a smattering of tiny pearls.  Night of Navy Solid Baker’s Twine wrapped around the sentiment banner also adds a bit of embellishment.

I’ll be back tomorrow with another use for this amazing bundle, Thoughtful Branches.  There are so many different ways to use it!  I’d like to give you a sample of its versatility.  It will only be available during the month of August.  I know you will love it!  If you have earned any $5 bonuses during this month of July (one $5 bonus credit for each $50 order in July) you can use them to help purchase this fun set.  Here is a picture of the whole bundle ~
