Happy Saturday! I hope you all have a wonderful weekend ahead. I have a quick post today. After watching Julie DiMatteo’s video, I made her Angled Tri-fold Card. This is perfect for my special friend who is all about everything purple! I secretly think this Lavender DSP was designed with her in mind!!
I’m not going to attempt to give you instructions. Rather, I’ll point you to Julie’s You Tube Channel where she demonstrates how to make this fun card. But I will tell you what I used, as it’s a little different than Julie’s.
- Gorgeous Grape Cardstock base
- Perennial Lavender DSP
- So Sincere Stamp Set: sentiment stamped in Gorgeous Grape
- Basic White Cardstock: 5-1/4″x 4″ for inside, second to largest circle shape from Stylish Shapes Dies, a retired scalloped circle die
- Linen Thread and a purple faceted gem
The card is held closed with a Velcro Dot. And I’ve taken another coordinating print from the Perennial Lavender DSP for the envelope flap.
