At the beginning of the month of September, I challenged you to try 30 Days of Encouragement using your card making talents. Every one who commented on my blog throughout the month, sharing how you are providing encouragement with your cards, was put into a drawing for the A Big Thank You Stamp Set and Thank You Die.
I got some wonderful responses! I loved to hear your ideas for ways to send encouraging notes and cards. A big thank you to everyone who responded.
Are you following me?
If not, I would invite you to submit you email address and receive notification every time I publish a blog post. There is a spot for your address in the upper right corner, directly under my photo. Subscribe today and receive a free card tutorial as my way of saying “thank you!” I don’t always receive the email information with these sign ups, so if you don’t hear back from me right away with the tutorial, please email me with your address so I can get it out to you.
And now, the winner is…
The winner of my 30 Days of Encouragement challenge is….
Chris R.!
Chris submitted two comments in response to my challenge. She said, “I am sending an old friend from high school a birthday card. I bet she will be surprised. It has been eons since we have seen each other. Time to catch up.” and “I mailed one card on Monday as a thinking of you as well as yesterday. Today, I made 6 birthday cards. I also bought a couple little items for a friend who is semi laid up with a bad back. I bought a leaf garland that fits in one of the little brown bags from the PP kit. I will add a couple other things and a card and go mail that tomorrow or Friday.”
Thank you, Chris, for your kind heart. I loved hearing how you are keeping in touch with old friends and helping others who are under the weather. I will be sending your Bundle in the mail this week. I know you will put it to good use!
And I would invite all of you to come back tomorrow for the revealing of my October Tutorial Package! With every online order of $40 + during the month of October you will receive three free and exclusive project tutorials. Order HERE for your tutorial package. Tomorrow I will reveal the stamp set(s) of the month. You will definitely want this tutorial package! See you tomorrow!

OMG!!! I saw the prize and thought oh darn I should be commenting more as I would love both the stamps and that great die. I am always saying I will get that die and then I never do. Then I see I won!!! I sent several other RAK (random act of kindness) cards this month as well as more than 15 birthday cards so it was close to one a day. One of my first projects I will make with my goodies will be thank you cards with a paw print in the center and then die cut the thank you to go across it to thank all the people who have been donating time and money to the dog park we are trying to build.
Thank you so much Karen for reminding me to be more thankful and thoughtful. You just encouraged me to go ahead and make our police/fire/ and
EMT people treats this month. Sure hope there are more refill kits for the PP kits as I will need at least 80. Thank you so much Karen!!!
Well, Chris, I would say that you definitely deserved this prize! You are remarkable with your RAK and encouragement! Well done! The bundle will go into today’s mail!
Thank you Karen you are very generous and one talented artist and crafter!
What a great idea! Congrats Chris!
