An Autumn “Happy Birthday!”

I’m so excited to be participating in the Tic, Tac, Toe Challenge again! It’s been quite a while. My friend, Jeanie Stark, created this grid, so I knew I would be taking part this week 😊. Here’s an Autumn “Happy Birthday!”

Here’s the challenge board:

My card ended up fulfilling the bottom row of the grid ~ Leaves, Frame, Embellishment. If I’d added a twine bow it would have worked for the middle vertical row too! Hmmm…I can fix that…

Here’s my card:

wanted to say dies, autumn leaves dies, season of green & gold dsp, radiating stitches dies, #tttc259, birthday card idea, autumn birthday card idea, stampin up, karen hallam

Here’s my crop-and-glue-only recipe:
  • Mossy Meadow Cardstock base, 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″, folded at 4-1/4″
  • Basic White skinny layer, 5-1/4″x 3-15/16″
  • Season of Green & Gold DSP, cropped with the largest Radiating Stitches Dies
  • Season of Green & Gold plaid DSP, cropped with the 2nd largest Radiating Stitches Dies
  • Copper Clay, Peach Pie, and Old Olive Cardstock leaves, cropped with Autumn Leaves Dies
  • Sentiment from Wanted To Say Dies with Basic White and Old Olive Cardstock pieces
  • Three gold Blooming Pearls
  • Medium White Envelope, lined with matching plaid DSP, 2-1/4″x 6″

wanted to say dies, autumn leaves dies, season of green & gold dsp, radiating stitches dies, #tttc259, birthday card idea, autumn birthday card idea, stampin up, karen hallam

Perfect colors for a Fall birthday, don’t you think?

I popped the sentiment and two large leaves up on Dimensionals.
