A Little Latte DSP (for Mystery Stamping)

Our online Pals gathering this month had a Mystery Stamping event, put on by Mary Fish and Stesha Bloodhart. We were given the dimensions ahead of time but we could choose any color cardstock and any DSP. So we all went into it with different papers and colors. Mary gave us clues, one at a time, and we had to follow the clues to make our card. Mind you, we did not get to see any samples beforehand, so everyone’s card looked very different in the end. It was so fun! I chose A Little Latte DSP with Pecan Pie, Petal Pink, and Calypso Coral Cardstocks. Here’s how my card turned out ~

Details:

• Pecan Pie Cardstock base, 11″x 4-1/4″ folded at 5-1/2″
• A Little Latte DSP, dark brown splatter, 4-1/4″x 2″
  • Glue this to the top of the base, right at the fold.
• Calypso Coral Cardstock, 5-1/8″x 3-3/8″
  • Glue this to the card front, centering all sides.
• Petal Pink Cardstock, 5″x 3-1/4″
• A Little Latte DSP, pink and brown swirl, 4-3/4″x 3″
  • Glue the DSP layer to the Petal Pink layer and wrap with Crumb Cake Baker’s Twine, bow tied on left. The twine should line up with the bottom edge of the dark brown DSP.
  • Adhere with Dimensionals.
• Sentiment from So Sincere, stamped in Pecan Pie, cropped with Everyday Details circle die
  • Adhere this to the card front with Dimensionals.
• Cut or crop two lattes from A Little Latte DSP and glue on the bottom half of the card. I chose the ones with “heart” foam to go with my sentiment!
• Add three Pecan Pie swirl dots to the front.

This basic layout is perfect for almost any DSP. Change up the images and embellishments and you have created your own unique card! Such a fun activity!
