A Christmas Countdown Party!

I had a group of friends over today to make the Christmas Countdown Project Kit together. It was so much fun. Super cute and very easy to make! You’ll find the Kit posted on page 38 of the 2019 Holiday Catalog.

Here is what it looks like when you take it out of the box ~

The ONLY extra thing you need to decorate these boxes is some glue! We used Tombow Multipurpose Glue and it worked perfectly for the little bit of gluing that you need to do. The boxes come ready made. They are very sturdy and about 2″ cubed. There are directions that you can follow, or you can get creative and mix it up. I had both kinds of people here today. Some were very blinged out with rhinestones, some were more conservative. We all decided that the grandkids were going to be more interested in what’s inside the little boxes than the decorations on the outside! 🙂 Every one of them turned out very cute.

Now to think of what I’ll put inside the little boxes… more fun! Have a great day!

So cute. I bet everyone had a great time and proud of their accomplishments. So great to leave with a project done and not to be finished at home. I am bad about not finishing at home. I made one similar to this using the little boxes that SU had but not as sturdy. Plus, I didn’t have a frame to hold them. This kit makes it look good and usable right away. Mine, was just sort of piled on top of each other. So fun for your group to accomplish.

  4. I am sure that this was a SUPER FUN TIME and these ladies were SUPER THRILLED to complete a project in one setting! LOVE the pictures!!!
