This butterfly is super shiny in person! This photo doesn’t really show it, but I heat embossed the black parts of the butterfly and the sentiment with black embossing powder. Here are two more photos that shows it a bit better…
I don’t think I’ve ever stamped a sentiment right onto the DSP before, but with the puff and shine of the embossing, it looks pretty good! 🙂
The Designer Series Paper is in the Pretty Petals DSP Stack. I breezed past it the first few times I looked, but it is cute as a background, don’t you think?
This card is one that I featured in my newsletter this week. If you like it and would like to see more, plus read about the latest promotions and specials that Stampin’ Up! is offering, you can sign up by clicking on “Contact Me.” It’s free and I post one every Tuesday or Wednesday.
I am “green with envy” at the demonstrators that were able to attend Convention in Salt Lake City this week. You may be seeing a few green cards from me this week, as Mary Fish has challenged us to make cards with the color green. I hope those of you who were able to go are having a fantastic time! I can’t wait to see photos, hear stories, and watch some videos of the big event.
Happy Stamping Everyone! Until next time ~
