2nd Post Today (Inked Botanicals)

This is my 2nd post today. My first was for Create With Connie & Mary. Yesterday I shared a card that I made using the beautiful coral and curry pages of Inked Botanicals. You can see it HERE. I promised to show you my blue version of this DSP, so here it is!

I love Lost Lagoon and Pool Party together! Aren’t they pretty? And this new Lost Lagoon Ribbon is very textural yet soft and narrow enough to easily tie.

I also pulled out my Nested Essentials Dies. They are so aptly named. They are essential — so useful!

I used three pieces of Inked Botanicals DSP, one for the background, and two nested together. The ribbon is tucked and glued behind the background layer, then glued to the back of the sentiment banner. It, too, is part of the Nested Essentials Dies and I’ve cropped it with Very Vanilla Cardstock.

New Stamp Set and Die Bundle Coming!

That beautiful sentiment is part of a new Online Exclusive set called Translucent Florals. It will be available to purchase on July 6. You’ll see a lot of this set, I’m sure, as it is gorgeous! As Demonstrators, we were able to attend an online event last Saturday called Creativity Today. We used this bundle three different ways. Check those out below!

Pretty, yes? It’s coming July 6th.

  1. Such a lovely card, Karen! I think Lost Lagoon and Pool Party are my new favorite color combination. 🙂 I really like how you used the ribbon to make it look like the tag is hanging.
Could it be that Translucent Florals is not an online exclusive but rather will be in the upcoming mini catalogue?
