Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day! It only makes sense that I would make a Valentine card for our Create With Stamping Friends Challenge this week. I made a Be Mine – Valentine card with this unlikely color combo ~
Actually it wasn’t too hard, with Poppy red, Petunia pinky-purple, and a touch of Shamrock green.
Here’s my card:
The Hearts of Elegance Bundle has been my Valentine go-to this year. I ❤️ it! I used a number of additional products this time. Here’s the break-down:
- Poppy Parade Cardstock base, 8-1/2″x 5-1/2″, folded at 4-1/4″
- Very Vanilla Cardstock, cropped with Perennial Postage Dies, 5″x 3-3/4″, and for sentiment, 2″x 1-1/8″
- Full of Life DSP, cropped with Deckled Rectangle Dies, 4-3/4″x 3-3/8″
- Large heart from Hearts of Elegance Dies, Marbled Elegance DSP, 4″x 3-1/2″
- Smaller heart from Hearts of Elegance Dies, Full of Life DSP, 2″x 2″
- Basic White scraps for flower and leaves, Heart of Elegance Bundle, Petunia Pop (2nd generation) and Shy Shamrock ink pads
- Sentiment from Hearts of Elegance Stamp Set, stamped with Poppy Parade ink
- Three 2024-26 In Color Resin Dots in Shy Shamrock
The flower, sentiment strip, and smaller heart are all raised up on Dimensionals. Everything else is glued down with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
