Baby Love for PPA 311

Today’s card will be entered into the Pals Paper Arts color challenge for this week.  When I saw Lynn Hoyt’s color selections for this challenge I immediately thought, “Baby card!”
Here is the banner that inspired my design ~
Is it for a boy?  Is it for a girl?  You decide!  Maybe it’s for twins 🙂
I pulled the gray prints from A Little Foxy Designer Series Paper Stack.  It’s one of the 6″ x 6″ paper stacks that have 40 sheets and only cost $10.  It has such cute prints!
I cut the baby buggy out with Baby’s First Framelits Dies.  The hubcaps are also part of that set, but I cut the pink stripe awning out by hand.
I backed the baby buggy with a silver foil doily because I felt it just needed a little something to give it some oomph, then I was crossing my fingers that these doilies were still in the catalog.  Yay!  They are 🙂
Some pink and blue enamel hearts and 3 little rhinestones add some sparkle.  The wheels have white enamel accents as well.
The sentiments are from Made With Love, and the outside one is stamped onto the smallest of Lots of Labels Framelits.

Go have a great weekend!
